The Grasp of Arts in Educational Leadership (MAEL) Program is designed for educators - academics, counselors, coaches - who want the knowledge and diploma necessary to become principals and superintendents. The Grasp of Arts in Educational Management program is designed to prepare candidates with advanced knowledge and skills in leading and managing a faculty committed to the success of all college students.
